Usually, yes. In my experience, most underperforming websites aren't badly designed — they're unclear about who they're for, what they offer, and why it matters. I start with positioning and messaging, then build the Squarespace site around that clarity. That way, we're not just making a website look better; we're making sure it actually says what it needs to say.

Then, if you need it, I develop your visual identity — logo, colour palette, typography, and brand assets. How long does a brand and website project take?
You may not need a whole new website. My website refresh service is for founders who've outgrown their existing site or know it no longer reflects the quality of their work. I look at what's already there, revisit the messaging, then redesign and rewrite what needs changing — keeping what works rather than starting from scratch for the sake of it.
